2-ASHA program will be delivered via YouTube Live (for all ) and ZOOM (for Chinese audience).
The access URL will be announced by email which you registered for the registration.

Important Notice:
In response to the spread of COVID-19, the ASHA Organizing Committee has discussed and decided to hold the congress as scheduled, by changing the congress style. We are going to have a Virtual (WEB) Congress. All Presentation will be distributed via YouTube Live and all presenters should make a presentation via ZOOM Presentation. Detail for a Virtual (WEB) Congress will be announced soon.
Due to the COVID-19 and the change of congress style, Organizing Committee has set new registration fees. Those who has already complete the registration are the subject to be refunded. (refund: the balance between old and new registration fee) |

| All participants, except for Invited and Special Speakers, are kindly advised to register through the on-line registration. Please check the deadline for each category in below. Once you have registered online, and your accreditation has been granted, you will receive an email confirming your registration. | Cancellations will be subject to a 5,000JPY processing fees and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing in the 2nd ASHA secretariat office by February 1st, 2020. No refunds will be issued after that date. |

| All participants must check entry requirements to Japanese in accordance with the nationality and the type of passport they hold with the nearest embassy, consulate or the diplomatic mission of Japan in their home country. |

| Should an Entry Visa be required, participants are advised to submit their visa application as early as possible, at least 4 weeks prior to the conference, and obtain the visa in advance. |

| Only registered persons will be eligible to apply for visas, where required, and to enter into the territory of the Host Country (Japan) to attend the Conference. Please note that the 2nd Annual Scientific Meeting of Asian Society of Hip Arthroscopy and Preservation (ASHA) will be unable to intervene in any visa decisions taken by the authorities of Japan. |
